Like a lot of companies during the pandemic, the NYT had their employees go remote. But now they are asking them to come back into the office full time, and the employees just aren’t having it. I too worked from home for a year. There were parts of it I loved, and parts I really hated. I have been back in an office full time for a year and a half now. So I really have no sympathy for them.
To be fair, they aren’t just mad about having to go back into the office. They are also mad about their pay. One employee stated, “We have not gotten any salary increases in a time of record inflation.” Now I’m just gonna go out on a limb here, but I would bet that she voted for Biden. In which case, I don’t feel sorry for her. At all.
Fox News interviewed a bunch of New York Times employees on strike and it's just as ridiculous as you will imagine:

Also, does anyone else find it funny that the incredibly liberal NYT is no longer supporting a union? Isn’t that what the left is all about? How can they be mad that their employees are striking when they were fully in support of unions until 2 seconds ago when their employees went on strike? Because liberalism. Liberals are all about supporting things, like unions and an open border, until it affects them. Then all of a sudden, unions are bad and illegal immigrants can’t be in their cities.
One good thing that will come out of this, hopefully we don’t have to deal their leftist propaganda for a while. At least until they fold and give into the union. Because liberals are weak.

Yeah. Liberals have always been the kings and queens of hypocrisy.
>Because liberals are weak.
…looks at incredible size of the federal government…
I don’t think they are as weak as you think they are. It looks like it is the Republicans and Conservatives that are weak.

Individually they are weak, in large packs of hundreds to thousands they can eventually whittle you down with their overwhelming nonsense.
