The fact that Katie Hobbs is doubling and tripling down on not debating Kari Lake is getting obnoxious. If I lived in Arizona, I would for sure not want someone that can’t even take the stage and debate her opponent to run my state.
After Hobbs pulled out of the debate this past week, and got PBS to back her decision, Kari Lake took the stage to have a discussion about the called off debate.
.@Karilake: "She (@Katiehobbs) said it's because 'I'm a conspiracy theorist, and I might yell at her, all of these things.' And I think, 'Wow, then show up on a debate stage and call me out, right?' But the question really is, then why didn't she show up for the Democrat debate?" pic.twitter.com/yo3cjoIoT6

The discussion then turned out to be my new favorite Dr. Seuss book.
.@Karilake: "I will debate her (@Katiehobbs) in the women's restroom, I will debate her on the street corner, I will debate her on a stage, I will debate her In a park, I will debate her in a theater, you name it. I will debate her anywhere." pic.twitter.com/FgxYCXqqFo

It’s pure poetry.
Kari’s campaign team then sent a letter to Arizona PBS, the Arizona Clean Elections Commission, and Michael Crow asking PBS once again to host a debate. Kari said she would clear her schedule and she would be there. Katie Hobbs, and those who received the letter, are now on the clock.
Our campaign just sent this letter to @ArizonaPBS, @AZCCEC, and @MichaelCrow.

If PBS will host a real debate next week between me and @KatieHobbs on stage, I will clear my schedule (again) and be there.
They have until noon tomorrow to decide.
We’re waiting. pic.twitter.com/oGlXg24hCI
I have said it before, and I will continue to say it every day until November 8th if I have to, if you live in Arizona, this choice should be very simple. One of these candidates is already fighting their state, the other hides in bathrooms.
