Watch: Migrants Breaking Through Mexican National Guard On Live Stream Minutes After Mayorkas Claims “Border Is Secure”

Today, the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas went on NBC and insisted that “the border is secure” when asked about whether we are facing an “invasion” from illegal immigrants crossing our open southern border.

Just minutes later, the public was able to watch live footage of a surge of migrants breaking through a blockade formed by several Mexican National Guardsmen. During a WarRoom live stream with Jack Posobiec, reporter Oscar Ramirez turns around to watch as migrants from a U.S.-bound caravan in Tapachula climb a small fence and shove their way past Mexican authorities on the Guatemala border.

This is indicative of what is happening on our own border, as well. Border states like Texas and Arizona, which are hardest hit, insist that this is tantamount to an invasion and are tired of being expected to carry the weight of said invasion. Their response to the massive influx of illegal immigrants, which are taxing state resources and affecting local life and crime, has been to bus these illegal immigrants to places like Washington D.C. and New York City, where elitist politicians ignore or insist that there is no border crisis, so that those places can deal with the ramifications of the very real border crisis they prefer to ignore. And D.C. and NYC are hilariously furious that their cities are being overwhelmed by the illegals being bussed in by AZ and TX. NYC Mayor Adams is now begging for federal help to deal with the strain of “a wave of asylum seekers pouring into the city, claiming its safety net was being strained by busloads of people coming from border states and elsewhere.”

Discussing more than 2,800 asylum seekers taking advantage of NYC’s “right to shelter” mandate that requires homeless asylum seekers be housed regardless of how they came to the city, Adams said,

“Currently, New York City is experiencing a marked increase in the number of asylum seekers who are arriving from Latin America and other regions. In some instances, families are arriving on buses sent by the Texas and Arizona governments, while in other cases, it appears that individuals are being sent by the federal government.”

D.C.’s Mayor Bowser took to national television to address the illegal immigrant issue being placed in her lap.

Hilariously, Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said that it is “shameful” for Texas and Arizona to bus illegal immigrants into places like NYC and D.C. rather than shouldering the entire weight of an invasion of hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants. How dare AZ and TX force the elitists in NYC and D.C. to face the border crisis they’ve helped to create! It’s shameful!

I guess it’s easy to ignore the border crisis and support the policies that created it when you aren’t a border state being invaded. But once your city is part of the invasion, it doesn’t seem like such a good idea. Do the people of New York City and D.C. not realize that they voted for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, who are the ones who decided to first encourage and then ignore the border crisis? They have no one to blame but themselves. And they absolutely should be expected to shoulder the burden of the illegal immigrant invasion caused by their votes.

As Kamala said, “When folks vote, they order what they want. And in this case, they got what they asked for.”
