You know how people used to warn you about razor blades in Halloween candy and you were like “Yeah, whatever, DAD! That’s an urban legend, you ridiculous fearmonger.”
(Just kidding, I would never speak to my dad that way.)
Anywhooo…. we’ve moved on to other concerns…
Like bags of meth.
TRICK OR TREAT, MOTHER CLUCKERS!
Children on the Menominee Indian Reservation in Keshena, Wisconsin got a little more than they could chew when meth was found in some Halloween candy.
According to tribal police, a complaint was received on Monday that a child had a suspicious package in his candy.
Local authorities tested the bag – yellow Ziploc-styled – and the crystalline powder inside tested positive for methamphetamine.
Police have sent out a warning asking parents to check their children’s candy and to alert them if anything is found.
They are also asking that ready-to-be disposed candy be taken to designated drop-off locations provided.
‘We’re encouraging everyone to dispose of it,’ Menominee Tribal Police Chief Mark Waukau Sr said to WITI.
‘We’re a close knit community, we look out for each other.’
An alternative Halloween night event has been scheduled.
Way to ruin it for EVERYBODY, you dirty meth-heads!
Can you imagine telling your kids they have to turn all their candy in to the cops?!
That SUCKS.
HERE’S ANOTHE REASON METH IS SATAN, FOLKS! IT MAKES PEOPLE DUMP THEIR CANDY OUT!
