I’ll never forget the time Hillary Clinton’s knees buckled and she faceplanted into her van.

Ah, memories.
On the campaign trail, Hillary’s minions spent a good chunk of time crafting excuses for her bizarre behavior, which included (but was not limited to) buckle-y knees, wide-eyes and incessant coughing fits. She also needed help up stairs.
But listen. She’s TOTALLY HEALTHY. Don’t you worry about that. She’s healthy as a horse. As strong as an ox. As graceful as a gazelle.
HA– just kidding. She fell again (and she can’t get up). Sorry. I couldn’t help myself there.
She was actually forced to cancel a number of appearances related to her book tour, because she took a tumble and “hurt her foot.”
Sources said her fall had followed her appearance at the South Bank Centre last night and the twice-defeated Presidential candidate had been exhausted after a lengthy book promotion tour.
This Morning presenter Philip Schofield said on Snapchat: ‘Supposed to be interviewing Hillary Clinton… but she’s fallen over and hurt her foot!! Gutted.’
Jane Garvey, presenting Women’s Hour today, told listeners initially that her star guest was delayed, but then posted on Twitter: ‘I’d read the book and everything. Apologies.’
Mrs Clinton was undergoing an x-ray this afternoon to examine the extent of her injury before deciding whether to continue her tour or call off her UK commitments.
Now, the story itself isn’t strange. People fall and hurt themselves on a daily basis. Years ago, I broke my foot chasing my dog outside on a golf course. Stupid stuff happens. But this is Hillary we’re talking about. We’ve suspected that she has underlying health issues– possibly serious issues. Of course they’re going to say this was a simple, innocent fall, but was it REALLY?
I mean, why was she randomly telling fans she was feeling “fine”…?
The former first lady signed an autograph with the letter ‘H’ and a squiggle instead of her customary full signature and told an onlooker: ‘I’m feeling fine.’
But her fall led to a series of no-shows today in what were due to be her final round of promotions for her book ‘What Happened’ which is her summary of how she lost the Presidency to Donald Trump.
That’s weird, right? I think that’s weird.
Jane Garvey, who had been due to interview Mrs Clinton on the BBC Radio show Woman’s Hour, repeatedly told listeners she had been delayed.
She said: ‘Hillary Clinton has been delayed this morning, as I’ve already said. It does look like she’s not going to make it before the end of the programme.
‘I’m really, really sorry about that. I think you can understand just how sorry I am.
‘We’re working very, very hard to get this interview rescheduled and Hillary Clinton is very apologetic….so what can I say? That’s the situation.’
But what is the REAL situation? I want to know EXACTLY “What Happened.” HA– Get it?
The US Embassy said it had not received any information about the former First Lady’s accident.
BBC Women’s Hour said she had sent her apologies.
So, is it serious? Maybe. Maybe not. Who knows. All I know is, Hillary Clinton fell again, and it was so bad that she was forced to cancel a number of media appearances. Actually, that’s what makes me wonder if it was something more. If you just “hurt your foot,” you can still get a quick x-ray and appear on TV or radio and do this and that. Right?
I guess we’ll see how fast she bounces back.
I still wanna know how/why she fell, though. Another buckle-y knee spell?

Update: Hillary said she was “running down the stairs in heels with a cup of coffee in hand. I was talking over my shoulder and my heel caught and I fell backwards.”
‘I tried to get up and it really hurt. I’ve broken my toe.’
She added: ‘I’ve received excellent care from your excellent health service.’
