Alexis Saborit-Viltres was residing in Minnesota when he was charged with second-degree murder after beheading his girlfriend.
Want to know another interesting tidbit of information?
While Democrats want you to believe that illegal immigrants aren’t the ones we should worry about committing heinous crimes, this fella is an illegal immigrant from Cuba, according to Fox News.
To be fair, I don’t believe in generalizing groups of people. However, if people enter this country illegally and then proceed to dodge the repercussions of the law-breaking behavior, where’s the incentive to be moral?
Fox News reported:
Alexis Saborit-Viltres is charged with second-degree murder in Shakopee, Minnesota, after he allegedly beheaded his girlfriend, America Mafalda Thayer, and dumped her body at an intersection in Shakopee in front of horrified witnesses.
Fox 9 reported that the witnesses “described seeing a car stop near the intersection and the driver, Saborit, swinging an object near the passenger door.” He then reportedly dragged what looked like a body out of the car and walked away from the scene.
Sheesh, he didn’t even care that people could see him.
If you watch The First 28, you’d be astonished just how many murders and violent crimes happen in broad daylight.
Apparently this isn’t the first time Saborit-Viltres was convicted of violent crimes. According to ICE spokesman Shawn Neudauer, Saborit-Viltres has a lengthy crime history, ranging from driving under the influence, domestic abuse/assault battery, and fleeing from a police officer; these convictions occurred in Minnesota and Louisiana.
ICE has been attempting to deport Saborit-Viltres back to Cuba since 2012. They were even able to receive an order of removal from an immigration judge to fulfill his deportation.
However, ICE would not accept him and would not provide travel documents. Saborit-Viltres’ immigration status was first reported by Power Line.
In 2001, the Supreme Court ruled that subjects can only be detained for six months at a time, which explains how this criminal continues to be released into the U.S.
This dude admitted to officers that he killed his girlfriend with a knife and basically said that she deserved it… but the rest of us law-abiding citizens will continue to have our tax dollars pay for his cozy stay. Feels good.
