Las Vegas Gunman’s Brother Speaks On Camera…

The death toll is rising. Now, authorities say at least 58 people have been killed and 515 injured.

They still haven’t identified a clear motive. Although ISIS has claimed responsibility, local authorities haven’t been able to find any sort of connection at this point.

The gunman’s brother, Eric Paddock, initially spoke to the Daily Mail and said that they’re completely “dumbfounded.”

“He was just a guy. Something happened, he snapped or something,” he said.  “We know absolutely nothing, this is just, we are dumbfounded.”

“We have absolutely no idea. Our condolences go to the victims and all their families,” he continued.

He said his 90-year-old mother is “in shock.” He said they’re currently “sitting in here in our house hoping that everyone doesn’t attack us.”

He went on to say that his brother didn’t have a specific religious or political affiliation, but at the same time, he admits he wasn’t close to his brother, so if something changed, he wouldn’t really know. Right?

“He’s my brother, we don’t have a very close relationship but we talk occasionally,” he said. “There’s no rhyme or reason here, it makes no sense.”

Eric also spoke to CBS News on camera, and you can tell. He’s in shock. Holy hell, the entire thing is uncomfortable.

He said his brother was NOT an “avid gun guy.” FYI.

He ultimately said they’re just “horrified” and having trouble finding the words.

He said he wishes he could give everyone a reason for his brother’s actions, but he has nothing.
