In case you haven’t heard, Roy Moore beat Luther Strange in the Alabama Senate runoff. Trump backed Strange, but he spoke with Moore and seems supportive.
Congratulations to Roy Moore on his Republican Primary win in Alabama. Luther Strange started way back & ran a good race. Roy, WIN in Dec!

Spoke to Roy Moore of Alabama last night for the first time. Sounds like a really great guy who ran a fantastic race. He will help to #MAGA!

But here’s where it gets weird. Trump went back and deleted some of his tweets, promoting Strange.
ProPublica, a journalism watchdog group, captured the tweets and flagged the deletions immediately, thanks to an automated search engine that tracks changes to Trump’s social media accounts.
I don’t know why he does stuff like this. So he backed a candidate who lost. So what? Who cares? Doesn’t he realize that deleting the tweets only draws MORE attention to that fact?
Ugh. Where’s a Tweditor when you need one?
