New York And California Require Government ID For Vaccination And Disneyland Attendance, So Why Not Voting?

The woke progressive narrative is that requiring a government-issued ID is racist. They tell us that we can’t require voters to present ID because it is racist and it is voter suppression.

But guess what.

New York requires an ID in order to receive your Covid vaccine.

That’s right. A state or government-issued ID. “Driver’s license, passport, or any legal proof of your date of birth and residency” in the state.

Their argument is that requiring an ID prevents against “vaccine tourists,” or people who would come to New York to get the vaccine from other states or countries, and who aren’t eligible as a New York State resident. So requiring an ID keeps that kind of fraud at bay.

But… that’s literally what voter ID does. Presenting an ID confirms that you are, in fact, eligible to vote at that location and in that election. It prevents fraud. One might say it prevents against “voting tourists,” right?

So by their own definition, New York requiring an ID to receive the vaccine is actually “vaccination suppression.” Is the New York Department of Health being racist by expecting people to present an ID that proves your name and date of birth?

Or is it only racist when it comes to voting?

Oh, and Disneyland just announced that they will be able to open at limited capacity in April, but only to California residents. And guess what they’re requiring in order to enforce this?

That’s right. A state or government-issued ID to prove your residence in the state of California.

So is this “theme park attendance suppression?” Is Disneyland being racist by expecting people to present an ID that proves their residence in the state?

Or is it only racist when it comes to voting?

I honestly can’t help but laugh at these people not seeing the blatant hypocrisy.
