Time has announced its person of the year. It is the joke that you would expect coming out of the liberal media.

Much like Barack Obama received the Nobel Peace Prize on the come (which President Trump legitimately deserves now), Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have been named the person of the year. Now, to cut Time magazine just a little bit of slack, they have an established history of naming presidents the person of the year in election years (see Trump, Obama, W. Bush, Clinton, etc.).
HOWEVER, this has been an extraordinary year with extraordinary events taking. Time seems to have forgotten about people who actually had an impact this year on people’s lives. Joe Biden hid in his basement for the vast majority of the year. How about the doctors and nurses working the front lines of the battle against Covid? How about small business owners who have been fighting to survive all year?
Even attention-whore Dr. Anthony Fauci would’ve been a better pick. Fauci’s decisions and opinions certainly had an extreme impact upon America this year.
If Time really wanted to get political, they should have chosen George Floyd or the Black Lives Matter movement. They certainly had more of an impact on the American people and businesses this year than sleepy Joe.
Time magazine clearly demonstrated with this decision that they are nothing more than political hacks.
Here are some of the best reactions from Twitter to the “news”.
Oh look! Something else they didn’t earn! https://t.co/b9iYwU5pAV

And yet the word "person" is singular. They just can't bear to leave Kamala off. Get a food taster, Joe Biden. https://t.co/2iTjkJVRbK

Time magazine somehow missed you but I want to take a moment to thank America's front line workers because each of you deserve Person of the Year.

Nurses
Doctors
Cashiers
Nursing home workers
Food plant workersThe list is longer. We see you.
Thank You
