James O’Keefe lives rent free in MSM’s head. Case in point.
The New York Times sent out a letter to employees, warning them of a possible ruse.
Someone claiming to be a college student has been contacting numerous journalists and has requested face to face interviews. The student claims to be researching a media project. NYT is very concerned this is actually an undercover Project Veritas journalist who will catch NYT’s elite squad of valiant employees accidentally admitting that they’re biased tools. Hence, this statement:
Newsrooms beware:

I’m confused as to why this statement is even necessary. If NYT journalists are as fair, impartial and professional as they claim, what’s to be afraid of? Are Actual Journalists afraid of an Actual College Student asking Actual Solid Questions? Why? Shouldn’t they be all about this? What about transparency? I thought they loved that?
Shouldn't you guys endeavor to be fair and politically impartial, full stop? Not just in public statements?

That says it all, doesn’t it? Really, the alert should’ve read, “GUYZ. When talking to people you don’t know, don’t say what you really believe. Please pretend to be impartial and reasonable. Thx”
"Journalists" hate it when the journalism is being done on THEM https://t.co/S0yAXFIuYT

That’s what gets me. NYT isn’t fair and impartial. Everyone knows this. In fact, that little “alert” only confirmed it. If NYT journalists are honest and unbiased, they shouldn’t have any reason to worry. Yet here they are, freaking out.
Pretty telling.
