Melania Trump made a surprise visit to the US-Mexico border today. She visited an immigration detention center in Texas and asked what she could do to help kids reunite with their parents.

It’s a good thing I’m not in charge of answering questions, because I’d be all, “Herd the cats in Congress. Get them to pass a bill to fund the wall. Then we’ll build the wall, and parents will be unable to use their children as pawns by stringing them along the dangerous journey across the border.”
What can I say? Honesty is the best policy.
This issue clearly hits a nerve with Melania. She seems pretty passionate about it. But please ignore all that. Her jacket revealed her TRUE feelings on the matter.
Yes, we’re going to talk about her jacket, because everyone’s obsessing over it.
This is what she wore when she boarded the plane on the way to the detention facility. It’s a $39 Zara jacket which reads, “I really don’t care. Do U?”

Uh…FLOTUS. Wut?
Hey @FLOTUS we really DO care about children being torn away from their families.
This is exceptionally insensitive and appalling even for you. https://t.co/IlEo48TuGy

Melania’s spokeswoman said there’s no hidden meaning behind the jacket.
“It’s a jacket. There was no hidden message,” she said.
FLOTUS spox confirms Mrs. Trump wore a jacket to visit border kids that reads: "I really don't care. Do you?" Spox says: "It's a jacket. There was no hidden message. After today's important visit to Texas, I hope the media isn't going to choose to focus on her wardrobe." pic.twitter.com/Bp4Z8n455G

I’d also like to reaffirm that she didn’t wear the jacket in the facility.
Personally? I think Melania wore it to troll the perpetually outraged Hollywood elites. They constantly say we’re racists who don’t care about kids at the border. They’re nothing more than keyboard warriors. But Melania? She literally traveled over to the border, visited the facility and is actively asking what she can do to help. CLEARLY, she cares. I tend to think this is her way of trolling in a discreet way.
Listen. I’m the QUEEN of wearing shirts with cheesy phrases on them. I would 100% wear this jacket. In fact, I’m surprised I don’t already own it. But would I wear it on the way to the border? No. Not even to troll. So…IDK.
What do you think? Was Melania A.) Trolling B.) Just wearing a jacket that she didn’t think through or C.) Trying to send the message that she really doesn’t care?
I’m going with A or B.
