Two male patients have been identified and are being transported to a hospital in Austin after an explosion was reported Sunday night.
Austin-Travis County EMS reports the explosion was reported at a residence on the 4800 block of Dawn Song Drive.
Authorities are responding to the area in southwest Austin and are investigating.
This is particularly chilling. As the source notes, this report comes “nearly a week after three other explosions this month, leaving two dead and three injured.”

All APD will confirm is there was an explosion in a neighborhood in SW Austin. They won’t confirm if there were multiple. Neighbors are being told to stay inside and not come out to look.
