Trump arrives at Capitol; protester — identified as Ryan Clayton from Americans Take Action — infiltrates press pool shouts ‘TRUMP IS TREASON’ pic.twitter.com/eBsfHwXza0

A protester interrupted President Trump’s visit to the U.S. Capitol on Tuesday, shouting at him and tossing Russian flags on the floor.
Trump encountered the protester shortly after entering the Capitol with Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky. The two men were headed to a weekly policy lunch with GOP lawmakers, at which their effort to overhaul the tax system was expected to be discussed.
Multiple reporters present said the man repeatedly yelled “Trump is treason” before he was apprehended and escorted out of the building by Capitol police.
“We should be talking about treason in Congress, not about tax cuts,” the man yelled in video footage captured by the Washington Examiner.
The protester told reporters on scene his name was Ryan Clayton and he was with Americans Take Action, an anti-Trump group that claims to be comprised of “regular everyday Americans.”
This is not the first time Clayton has pulled a stunt.
The man who threw the Russian flag at @realDonaldTrump is the same one who gave out Russian flags at CPAC, which I reported on. https://t.co/vBNpfzpAhQ

Clayton was previously apprehended by security officials at the Capitol in July, after he approached Trump’s son-in-law and senior White House adviser Jared Kushner and asked him to autograph a Russian flag.
Similar to Tuesday’s disruption, Clayton had pretended to be a member of the press at the time.
HOW is this happening? I think there’s a chance this man is dangerous… he’s certainly delusional enough to pose a threat…. but he keeps gaining access.
That seems like a big no-no.
