Let’s Add “Good Morning” To The Ever Growing List Of Things That Are Racist

I have not yet had enough coffee today to deal with this stupidity. Soooo many things are racist now: fake eyelashes, exercise, higher education, roads, air conditioning, the list goes on and on and on ad nauseam. But just when you thought the progressive left couldn’t find anything else to be racist, they do. The newest phrase to add to your list of things not to say, “Good morning.” Not. Enough. Eyerolls.

First of all, “mourning” and “morning,” though they may sound the same, are two completely different words with completely different meanings. They’re called homophones. Congratulations, you just learned something the rest of the country learned in Second Grade. Secondly, and with all due respect, that woman was never a slave. I am not negating the fact that slavery was a very real, very serious, and very awful thing. However, not using the phrase “good morning,” because a couple hundred years ago a terrible, piece of trash, human said to another human “did you have a good mourning,” is literally one of the dumbest things I have ever heard.
