Not quite sure which possibility is worse:
1) She is just a distraction and being terrible at her job is truly a qualification as she’s just meant to spout nonsense so we have a hard time understanding wtf is going on.
2) She is qualified enough to convince Biden voters of what is going on despite looking beyond what she says will readily tell you they are lying.
