Y’all, it’s time for us to realize that we’re never going to be able to win a war again. I know that sounds defeatist and extreme, but when I read stuff like this? I don’t know how to get to any other conclusion.
According to the sourcelink, the US Pacific Air Forces, and specifically the branch responsible for dealing with China head-on, has issued new instructions via email to its leadership members at Anderson Air Force Base in Guam that they should stop using gender pronouns in any written documentation, because doing so will help “unleash the potential of diversity and inclusion.”
I am not making this up. They actually believe that using what they consider more neutral language will help with the force’s “lethality.”

The orders in the email included instructions such as, “Do not use pronouns, age, race, etc.” in documents like performance reviews, because “Competition against near-peer adversaries requires a united focus from the command, the joint team, and our international partners. Welcoming and employing varied perspectives from a foundation of mutual respect will improve our interoperability, efficiency, creativity, and lethality.”
GIVE ME A FREAKING BREAK.
And this is nothing new. The current administration and its top leaders appear to be spineless manlets who’ve already instituted similarly stupid changes in order to “foster a more culturally sensitive environment.”

A spokesperson confirmed this all to be accurate, and doubled down, saying, “Unleashing the potential of diversity and inclusion at all levels is a Pacific Air Forces’ priority and something we strive for at Andersen. Diversity and inclusion are force multipliers and warfighting imperatives that enable our competitive advantage against near-peer adversaries.”
WTF is even happening? Why is this kind of bullcrap what the military is focused on, especially in these precarious times?
Meanwhile, recruiting is at an all time low, service members have been kicked out for not getting a mandatory useless shot, and if someone were to write a playbook about how to weaken the military and make it a mockery and shell of what it used to be, it would look a lot like what Biden has done in the two short years he’s been president.

Just got back from grandson’s graduation from Army AIT (Advanced Individual Training). I won’t name the fort as I don’t want the higher ups to know about my experience. I was “ma’am-ed” like crazy. Loved it! The way my grandson talked, the craziness hasn’t infiltrated the lower ranks. It may never. They’ll just pull out the “correctness” for visiting generals.
They do realize lethality is supposed to be your ability to kill the other side, not how many people you get killed?

Divisions that didn’t earn sufficiently high IQ (Inclusion Quotient) scores would also be hit with bias training.
Implicit bias training is a form of political indoctrination which asserts that all white people are racist. Its sessions force participants into accepting its radical racial worldview or be treated as obstacles to the new organizational mission. I think Jesse Kelly (a former Marine) had it right on his radio program saying Trump, if re-elected, should replace every general in the military. If you’re at the O-7 pay grade or higher, you’ve grabbed your ankles and demonstrated some complicity with the leftists controlling the White House just to keep your job. Every four-star from Milley on down needs to go on day-one of the next Trump administration.
I take they are not going the way of Star Trek 2 and calling everyone ‘sir’ and instead, they are going full on nut bag.
And if we ever go to war, a lot of people will die (literally) because of DIE (DEI appropriately renamed).
