Bill Maher Promotes Ridiculous SJW Shirt That Says ‘Haiti Is Great Already’

The left’s panties wadded up big time after President Trump (allegedly) referred to less than stellar countries as “sh*tholes.” They pounced and immediately interpreted his remark as a direct insult to the citizens of those crappy countries.

In reality, the remark had nothing to do with the people of those countries. It’s an insult to the crappy leaders. It’s a fact. Countries without running water are sh*tholes. Countries with starving civilian populations are sh*tholes. Countries that make it nearly impossible for an individual to get an education are sh*tholes.

Yes. Haiti is a sh*thole country. Unless of course you ask Bill Maher.

Do you think the people of Haiti believe that? I highly doubt it.

This is everything wrong with liberals in one simple snapshot. They ignore reality. It’s all about how compassionate and empathetic they look on social media. That allows them to ignore reality.

The reality? Haiti the very definition of crap. For starters, it’s an actual sewer.

Port-au-Prince, Haiti, is one of the largest cities in the world without a central sewage system. There are no sewers connecting sinks, showers and toilets to hulking wastewater treatment plants. Most of the more than 3 million people in the metro area use outhouses, and much of that waste ends up in canals, ditches and other unsanitary dumping grounds where it can contaminate drinking water and spread disease.

Mind you, that’s coming from NPR.

Haiti has a 61% literacy rate. About 55% of the people are “officially” impoverished. It’s one of the hungriest nations in the world. Most people live on less than $2 a day. The country has the “highest rates of infant, under-five and maternal mortality in the Western hemisphere,” as well as a huge child sex trafficking problem.

That’s what “great already” looks like, Bill?
