Liz Cheney Schools Ocasio-Cortez So Hard on the Constitution She Becomes a National Laughing Stock in Seconds

As we’ve mentioned before, AOC participated in a town hall-style event on MSNBC Friday night. Chris Hayes acted as the cheerleader host. It was…interesting.

There was this moment, where she seemingly compared a terrorist attack to a natural disaster:

Anyway– there was also this. She made it sound like Congress amended the Constitution to prevent FDR from being re-elected, even though he was already dead.

According to AOC, Congress amended the Constitution to prevent FDR from being re-elected:

"They had to amend the Constitution of the United States to make sure Roosevelt dd not get reelected."

It’s true that we had to amend it to ensure someone didn’t try to “pull a Roosevelt” again, but he as an individual wasn’t an issue anymore, because he died. So….awk.

AOC tried to hit back by accusing Cheney of getting her news from Facebook memes. That’s what political discourse is devolving into.
