Kim Foxx Speaks Out And It’s Frustrating AF.

This is all so completely wack.

So, she thinks that the “charges were appropriate” and that the “outcome was appropriate.” Because, you see, Jussie Smollett isn’t violent, and therefore he shouldn’t really face any meaningful consequences for the SIXTEEN FELONY CHARGES.

Which is why he’s running around proclaiming his innocence, even though anyone with an Actual Brain knows, based on all the evidence, that he’s guilty as sin.

Foxx is all, “Well, he probably wouldn’t have gone to jail” and if you don’t understand that it’s just because you’re too dumb to “understand the intricacies of the law.”

IS SHE SERIOUS WITH THIS CRAP.

So, we know who “attacked” Jussie. Why no charges against them? If Jussie’s so innocent, why are the records sealed? If Jussie was so welcoming of the idea of a trial and wanted cameras in the courtroom, why the sudden change of heart? If he’s innocent, why did he pay 10k and do community service? And if Foxx really did recuse herself, why wasn’t there ever a special prosecutor appointed? Oh, that’s right – because she never formally recused herself. It was all just “colloquial use of the term” according to one of her spokespeople.

In other words, this case was f*cked up on every level, and Jussie gets to walk.

And for Smollett’s attys to suggest that they might sue – WHO exactly are they gonna go after? And wouldn’t that open them up to discovery which would effectively UNSEAL the records?

INSANITY. Pure insanity.
