Mark Ruffalo Wants Everybody To ‘Get Familiar’ With The ‘Green New Deal’

I’ve seen a few political commentators attempt to say that the GOP needs to get real. No one within the Democratic Party is taking the “Green New Deal” seriously.

Use your eyeballs, Joe. This isn’t a “fringe” movement. This is the new Democratic Party.

Celebs are also all about this “Green New Deal.” Mark Ruffalo is actually urging people to “get familiar” with it.

Get familiar with it, you say? We can help with that.

First of all, AOC’s team took down the FAQ page (probably because they couldn’t take the heat over their use of the phrase “farting cows”), but you can find it right here.

Now yes. We’ve mocked the Green New Deal for whining about “farting cows” and airplanes, and we’ve pointed out that it promises to provide economic security for those “unwilling” to work. But there’s more. A lot more. Just a taste? They want to ultimately get rid of travel as we know it, and they want to guarantee jobs with a “family-sustaining wage.” (Which is kind of weird, because why would someone want a job if they’re also promising to take care of people who are “unwilling” to work?)
