February 8, 2019Poor Joe Scarborough. He’s hopelessly confused. Let’s help him out.
He seems to be under the impression that AOC’s hilarious “Green New Deal,” which contains hilarious lines like, “We set a goal to get to net-zero, rather than zero emissions, in 10 years because we aren’t sure that we’ll be able to fully get rid of farting cows and airplanes that fast,” doesn’t truly represent the Democratic Party.
It doesn’t matter what Pelosi says. The Democratic Party is full of OUTWARDLY socialist imbeciles who want to provide economic security for those “unwilling” to work. (Her doc actually says that.)
I’m not saying Pelosi doesn’t feel the same way. She’s just traditional in the sense that you keep your crazy side at bay. She IS crazy, but she’s smart enough to know that you can’t ACT full socialist crazy. That’s why there’s a rift between her and AOC.
That aside, a TON of potential 2020 candidates support it. We’re talking Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, Kirsten Gillibrand, Cory Booker, Kamala Harris and so on. Look at the cosponsors right here.
