The Presidential Alert REALLY Triggered Michael Moore, And His Lock Screen Is Creepin’ Me Out

I got the “Presidential Alert” notification on my phone right on schedule– 2:18 pm ET. Most people got it, including Michael Moore. His reaction was pretty unhinged.
