
It was only a matter of time. Those Obamas are having a really hard time staying out of the spotlight. After 8 years of POTUS-ing and FLOTUS-ing, you’d think they’d settle down and enjoy a more “normal” life out of the public eye. I sure as heck would.
Nope. It’s not in the cards for them. Barack Obama is giving speeches, calling Republicans paranoid and resentful, and Michelle Obama will probably do the same during her 10-city book tour. She’s promoting her memoir “Becoming.” She’s kicking off the tour in Chicago on Nov. 13.
The former first lady will begin at the United Center in her native Chicago on Nov. 13, the book’s release date. She will finish at the American Airlines Center in Dallas on Dec. 17, Live Nation and the Crown Publishing Group announced Wednesday. In between, appearances will include Barclays Center in New York City, the Pepsi Center Arena in Denver and The Forum in Los Angeles.
