You know how Maxine Waters can’t stop saying “IMPEACH 45!!!!”?
It turns out America isn’t feeling it. A recent Quinnipiac University National Poll reveals that the majority of Americans do NOT want Congress to impeach Trump– 56% to 36%.
“American voters don’t want Congress to tell President Donald Trump, ‘You’re fired!’ by serving him with articles of impeachment,” said Tim Malloy, assistant director of the poll.
But the survey showed that voters — 72 to 18 percent — disapprove of the job Congress is doing, and by a 58 to 27 percent margin believe the legislative body should be more of a check on the president.
Republicans by a 62 to 11 percent margin say Congress is doing enough.

But wanna know what’s REALLY odd about this? Americans currently seem to support Democratic candidates over Republican candidates in US House races.
American voters back Democratic candidates over Republicans 52 – 38 percent in races for the U.S. House of Representatives nationwide, according to a Quinnipiac University National Poll released today.
So the majority of Americans don’t want Congress to impeach Trump, but they’re supporting candidates who want to impeach Trump. HUH?
Get it together, America.
