September 11, 2018“Wizards of Waverly Place” aired a bit after my Disney Channel prime (I was part of the “Lizzie McGuire” and “That’s So Raven” era), but I’m still familiar with the show and with the stars of the show. So are you. For instance, SELENA GOMEZ FOR CRYING OUT LOUD.
But this post isn’t about her. It’s about her former “Wizards of Waverly Place” co-star, David Henrie. He was arrested for bringing a loaded gun to LAX.
YIIIIIIIIIKES!
Fortunately, TSA caught it.
We’re told the gun was an M&P Shield 9mm pistol and it was loaded.
Henrie was immediately detained and taken to a nearby station.
It was a legal gun, but Henrie says he didn’t bring it on purpose. He actually feels really embarrassed by the entire incident.
“More than anything I am humiliated and embarrassed that this even happened.”

It doesn’t sound nefarious. He probably had a go-to bag and forgot it was in there. It’s still irresponsible, but it doesn’t sound like he did this on purpose or with wicked intentions.
