Please allow me to introduce you to Dr. Victoria Bateman. She’s an economics fellow at the University of Cambridge. She decided to strip down naked to demonstrate that economists have to take feminists much more seriously.
Yes, really. This is her adding “artistic weight” to the argument. Money over her ladybits.
What does feminism and economics have in common, you ask? Not nearly enough, according to Victoria. If economists don’t start taking feminism seriously, women’s rights and freedoms will continue to be under threat. Just ask her basically uncovered boobs.

If you listen to…whatever that was, you’ll quickly see that she didn’t actually offer one legitimate reason economists should take modern day feminism seriously. She was just all, “A woman’s rights will continue to be under threat. Birth control!”
That’s her argument.
You’d almost think she was parodying someone. Here she is, trying to explain why economists should take feminism seriously while simultaneously proving why economists shouldn’t take feminism seriously.
Money over ladybits for no apparent reason.
