Journalism and lies. In 2018, the two go together like peanut butter and jelly. Here’s another example.
Check out this headline from NYT: “Trump Calls Some Unauthorized Immigrants ‘Animals’ in Rant.”
The TRUE story? President Trump held a meeting at the White House Wednesday and allowed cameras in. The discussion centered around California’s sanctuary state laws. During the meeting, Trump said we need to keep dangerous people, like those involved in violet gangs like MS-13, out of the country.
“We have people coming into the country, or trying to come in — we’re stopping a lot of them,” Trump said. “You wouldn’t believe how bad these people are. These aren’t people, these are animals, and we’re taking them out of the country at a level and at a rate that’s never happened before.”
I bet you can guess how NYT spun that remark.

Um, no. Wrong. He wasn’t calling all illegals murderous animals. He was calling violent gang members murderous animals. We’re talking violent gangs that are more than willing to stab a person 100 times, rip their head off and pull their heart out of their chest. (Yeah, that happened.)
Andrea Mitchell is lying out of her liar hole too.
A tough take down by the California governor after @realDonaldTrump calls people trying to get into the country “animals” not people. https://t.co/LPKiHPJaWZ

LIES. He was talking about violent gang members. Do liberals really have a problem characterizing murderous gang members as “animals”? If so, maybe THEY’RE the ones who need to check themselves.
You're all flat out lying about what he said. This is amazing.
— William Belcher (@EdB_Ohio) May 16, 2018
What's amazing is they both know they're lying, they know most who read it will know they're lying and will call them on it, but they write it anyway.
It's freakin' inexplicable, isn't it?

He was specifically talking about MS-13, and you know it. They are animals. I know you would rather side with them than Trump as you so often make clear but it’s a bad look for you Andrea. https://t.co/Mgoj1celNv

LoL – NYT is so full of it. You know exactly who he was talking about. Gang members killing Americans in the most brutal way. Y’all need to go to sleep.
— Craig Finn (@craigdf1966) May 16, 2018
Were is your retraction ? This has been debunked a million times already. Trump was clearly talking about ms13 gang. Exactly why nyt has no credibility.

When MS13 gang members brutally gang-rape children, murder, stab, and behead people….. I think they forfeit any claim to humanity. If you feel that type of monster deserves any sort of consideration or defense, you have obviously already forfeited your soul.

If he’s talking about violent gang members.. I agree!
— karla marquez (@karlamKFI) May 16, 2018
He was. I watched it live. MS-13 was brought up and he called them animals.
— Cubby (@cubbyrizzo) May 17, 2018
This is the essence of fake news because president Trump was specifically referring to MS -13 a dangerous gang that murders Americans. This is precisely why trust in the media is at 23%. I have a boat I would like to sell to those 23%
— Deplorable Melissa (@sweetatertot2) May 17, 2018
Just imagine people, this is the NYT. TRUMP WAS TALKING ABOUT MS-13!!! watch the interview. FAKE NEWS!!!
— ConservativeYYC (@DeplorableYYC) May 17, 2018
You are fake news. He was talking about MS-13.
— Spencer Singletary (@IamSpencerEllis) May 17, 2018
This is a complete lie. He was referring specifically to MS-13. Trump Derangement Syndrome has gone terminal at NYT. https://t.co/ToiXekwArn
— Ben Shapiro (@benshapiro) May 17, 2018
This is exactly why no one trusts MSM. This is the epitome of #FakeNews.
