As you know, Donald Trump Jr. and his wife Vanessa are getting a divorce. We don’t really know exactly what’s going on between them, but there’s speculation that Don. Jr. had an affair with Aubrey O’Day. (Word has it Vanessa “went gangster” on her.)
I feel for their kids, but it looks like they’re at least attempting to put on a normal front for them, and that’s good. But it’s possible things are getting ugly, at least behind the scenes.
According to this, Don Jr. filed a “defendant’s demand for statement of net worth.” In other words, he wants to know how much his estranged wife is worth. I know what you’re thinking. Why is that relevant? It’s relevant because of the timing.
Vanessa Trump reportedly filed for divorce from her estranged husband Donald Trump Jr, 40, shortly after her family’s multi-million dollar windfall from her late father’s investments.
Sources claim her family’s newfound financial security prompted the 40-year-old to finally file for divorce from Don Jr, who has been accused of having an affair with former Danity Kane singer Aubrey O’Day.
‘I can’t speculate as to how much they received, but it was life-changing,’ a source told Page Six last month.
Although the divorce is classified as ‘uncontested’ in court filings which suggests the split could be amicable, divorcing couples often exchange information on their assets to determine things like child support payments. The couple have five children.
We don’t know the nitty gritty details, but there might not be anything nefarious on her end. Maybe she felt like she needed to stay with him for financial security (after all, they have five kids). After her family came into a “life-changing” amount of money, it prompted her to make a “life-changing” decision and finally file for divorce.
I don’t know. No one really does except for those involved. I’m just hoping this works out for their sweet kids and that MSM doesn’t try to figure out how to use this divorce against President Trump. (Trust me. You know they’re already trying.)
