Update On The YouTube HQ Shooting, Reports Of Injuries Coming In…

Police are responding to an active shooter situation at the YouTube HQ in California. We still don’t know much, but there ARE reports of injuries.

ABC 7 has the details:

The source told ABC7 News multiple people have been injured, including a shot to the chest. There are no reported fatalities at this time.

One employee confirms to ABC7 News that they have been evacuated. About 1,700 people work at the campus.

SKY7 is over the campus, where law enforcement is seen approaching the building with guns drawn. Employees are seen being evacuated with arms overhead, and the campus is flanked with dozens of police cars and emergency vehicles.

We don’t know anything about the shooter yet, but I’ve seen reports floating around that it’s a female.

Another law enforcement source confirms to ABC7 News reporter Dan Noyes that the shooter is a white, adult female wearing a dark top and head scarf.

But ultimately, it’s too early to tell.

Multiple people claiming to have received info from employees at Youtube saying different things about the suspect(s). A few report it was a female shooter, others that it was a male shooter in full body armor. What the hell is going on at Google today?
