Meghan McCain Kicked Kurt Eichenwald Right In The Virtual Balls (If He Had Any)

The “ladies” over at The View talked about this weekend’s March For Our Lives, and Meghan McCain called out the OBVIOUS fact that David Hogg’s aggressive, polarizing language against the NRA isn’t going to do him ANY favors in the long run.

Meghan McCain shut down Parkland student and anti-gun activist David Hogg following his profanity-laced speech Saturday at the March For Our Lives in Washington, DC.

“One thing I will say is that, you don’t move the narrative when you use language like this,” McCain explained.

The comments came Monday during The View as her co-hosts were praising Hogg for speaking his mind at the gun-control march organized by survivors of the Parkland school shooting.

“I was curious all weekend if anyone who didn’t already support the cause had their minds changed,” McCain shared. “Was there any NRA members, pro-gun people who were watching. I watched because I knew we would talk about it. I actually — there were a lot of comments coming out specifically from David Hogg that I just don’t…”

“Who’s he,” Joy Behar quipped.

“One of the big kids. One thing I will say is that, you don’t move the narrative when you use language like this,” McCain continued. “‘He said, ‘it just makes me think what sick blankers out there want to continue to sell more guns, murder more children and honestly just get reelected. What type of blanking person does that. ‘They could have blood from children splattered all over their faces and they don’t take action because all they see are dollar signs.’”

I totally agree with Meghan on this one…

Even if David Hogg DID have a valid argument (he has yet to make one) his vicious rhetoric against the NRA and its members make it reeeeeally hard to listen to him.

Does he really think he can begin a productive dialogue by saying NRA members wouldn’t care if they had the blood of children “splattered all over their faces.” Really?
