February 15, 2018The nation is grieving over the massacre that occurred at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Wednesday. I understand everyone’s immediate desire to “do something,” but screaming about the NRA and blaming law-abiding gun owners? That’s not the answer.
President Trump just addressed the nation and stepped into his role as “Consoler-in-Chief.”
“Our entire nation with one heavy heart is praying for the victims and their families. To every parent, teacher and child, who is hurting so badly, we are here for you,” Trump said. “Whatever you need, whatever we can do to ease your pain.”
