First Victim Of The Florida High School Shooting Identified

The first victim of the horrific Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting has been identified as Aaron Feis. He was a football coach (and a school security guard) who died shielding students from gunfire. He’s truly a selfless hero in every sense of the word.

It is with Great sadness that our Football Family has learned about the death of Aaron Feis. He was our Assistant Football Coach and security guard. One student said he “sprinted with everything he had towards it to make sure everybody was safe…”

“…and I heard that he got in front of a couple people and shielded them, and he actually took the bullets for them,” the student said.

Every time I read that sentence, tears well up. What a courageous, selfless individual.
