Everything is pretty preliminary at this point, but here’s what we know, via Fox News’ Catherine Herridge.
BREAKING NEWS: House memo states disputed dossier was key to @FBI’s FISA warrant to surveil members of Team Trump https://t.co/5v5qfh17vS pic.twitter.com/XgD19Wboq9

So far, we know this memo focuses largely on the anti-Trump dossier and how it was used to obtain surveillance warrants. As it turns out, it wouldn’t have been possible without the fake dossier, which was funded by the Clinton campaign and Democrats.
Herridge said the FBI and DOJ relied on media reporting to lend credibility to the dossier, meaning there was a lot of “circular reporting” in this case.
In addition, the British spy funneled information to the FBI through DOJ contact Bruce Ohr.
Steele, who complied research, hated Trump and was working to make sure he would never be elected as President of the United States.
What’s worse, the senior DOJ and FBI officials KNEW about the origins of the shady dossier but excluded it from the FISA applications.

Per Fox's Catherine Herridge: memo has been declassified; includes testimony from high ranking government official that without the Trump dossier FBI and DOJ would not have secured surveillance warrant #fnr

Per the memo, The FISA court was not told that the Steele dossier was was funded by the Clinton campaign/ DNC. If this information was disclosed to the FISA count the surveillance would not have been approved. This is corruption at it core. #MemoDay#FISAMemo
