RNC Finance Chair Steve Wynn Is Expected To Resign

By now, you’ve probably heard about the mounting allegations of sexual misconduct against RNC Finance Chair Steve Wynn. The allegations include “lewd comments and inappropriate touching to soliciting sex acts from women who worked as manicurists and massage therapists at Wynn’s Las Vegas casinos.”

One former employee at Wynn Las Vegas said the mogul pressured her into having unwanted sex with him after she gave him a manicure in 2005. Wynn later agreed to pay the woman a $7.5 million settlement after she filed a report.

Wynn, however, attributes these allegations to his ex-wife. He told Politico that it’s “the continued work of my ex-wife Elaine Wynn, with whom I am involved in a terrible and nasty lawsuit in which she is seeking a revised divorce settlement.”

“The idea that I ever assaulted any woman is preposterous,” Wynn said. “We find ourselves in a world where people can make allegations, regardless of the truth, and a person is left with the choice of weathering insulting publicity or engaging in multi-year lawsuits.”

It’s not looking good for Wynn. For starters, Fox News said it will no longer book him. He’s out.

“We will not be booking Steve Wynn on any potential future installments of ‘The Wise Guys,’ if it moves forward beyond a one-off special,” a spokesperson told HuffPost.

Yikes.

Now, there’s this. Wynn will be stepping down as RNC’s finance chair.

Las Vegas casino mogul Steve Wynn is stepping down as Republican National Committee finance chair, according to three Republicans familiar with the decision.

The decision follows a Friday report in the Wall Street Journal alleging that Wynn engaged in sexual harassment.

Now, the left is asking the RNC to explain what it plans to do with Wynn’s donations. Because remember this?

During three-decades worth of sexual harassment allegations, Weinstein lined Democrat pockets with millions of dollars.
