You know how Democrats have been freaking out over the past few days over President Trump supposedly calling other crappy countries “sh*tholes”? I mean, what STRONG AND INAPPROPRIATE language, right? Trump is poisoning the minds of your innocent children!
Just keep that in mind.
SNL’s first show of the new year aired last night, and boy– did it start off with a bang! And by a bang, I mean an f-bomb heard ’round the world.
Sam Rockwell was playing a frustrated science teacher and totally dropped one.
“Just pour the oil into the water. The oil is … Josh, you can’t be f–king this stupid,” Rockwell said. “Sorry. Kids aren’t stupid. Just say what you see. Just look at it.”
Warning: The f-bomb IS in this clip. Turn it down or leave it on mute if you’re at work or around youngins!
That would be an F bomb by Sam Rockwell on Saturday Night Live!!! #SNL pic.twitter.com/kXLDUi3c7f

Yiiiiiiiiikes. That was awkward. His face. He was like, “Ohhhh CRAP.” I actually feel bad for him. The other two did a great job of staying in character and looking horrified at the same time. Cecily Strong covered her ears like a kid, which was kind of a perfect reaction.
Reactions are all over the map. It’s kinda hilarious– some people are actually blaming the slip on President Trump. Because OF COURSE.
Congrats to #SamRockwell on going from “the guy from that movie” to “the guy who dropped an F Bomb on #SNL”! You did it. On purpose prob. 🏆

Since we can APPARENTLY say shithole on national news now, I find it acceptable to have f-bombs on SNL
— Joe Shiels (@j_shells_) January 14, 2018
I love that Sam Rockwell dropped the f-bomb on #SNL. I think it was no accident; I think it was a comment on how our "president" can say the most disgusting things, but entertainers have to maintain some sort of bogus, puritanical "decorum." Well done.

Nah– I think it was a genuine slip.
So Sam Rockwell just dropped a HUGE f-bomb. #snl #rockwell pic.twitter.com/cXhLnAoY1C

NOTICE HOW LIBERAL LOVE THE F-bomb ON LIVE TV
BUT SPENT 24 HOURS SHITTING ALL OVER TRUMP FOR HIS SAYING "SHITHOLE"

Hey why not…they already Murder 700,000 Children a Year by abortion.

Well if Trump can get away with swearing then why shouldn’t everyone else?

I know he cussed but it when perfectly with the sketch…

And Sam Rockwell just dropped an F-bomb on #SNL… pic.twitter.com/QV2dxpfJwO

It's okay no one watches SNL
— CooLBeanS (@Beer420Life) January 14, 2018
I love that some people are offended by this. (And don't use the "kids could be watching" excuse. Any kid who watches SNL has heard the F word before)
— JDG (@jdg1311) January 14, 2018
Shithole cleared the way for this to happen.
— Nick Eliopulos (@realeliopulos) January 14, 2018
Does anyone care? We have a madman in the White House who is describing other countries and entire continents as "shitholes." So, seriously? Rockwell accidentally saying something is not important. Priorities, please!
— Tommi White (@tommi_white) January 14, 2018
That was hilarious! It happens 😂
— shawn chickowski (@cafestripper) January 14, 2018
It’s a slip of the tongue ! Not news ! Geez
— Dawndazzler (@Dawndazzler) January 14, 2018
If our “exercises” can include convincing 1.5 million people they’ll be dead in 30 minutes from a nuclear bomb, certainly our late night TV shows can include an F-bomb, right? It’s not even a *real* bomb.
— Matthew SNOWFLAKE❄️AF (@mshalk) January 14, 2018
Like I said– all over the map.
What do you think? Big deal? Silly mistake? Who cares? I have the tendency to say “crap” whenever I’m on camera or near a microphone. I don’t even realize it. I know that’s no f-bomb, but I really need to get that under control. 🙂
