PRESIDENT OR BUST.
It seems GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy isn’t interested in the role of vice president, were it to be offered to him if he fails to snag the Republican nomination for president.
Ramaswamy discussed his thoughts on the role during an appearance on “Cavuto Live” on August 19.

“Donald Trump and I share something in common and that is that neither of us does well in a number 2 position. I’m built to actually lead the organizations that I’ve built, and I think that, when I’m looking at the federal government, my greatest contribution, Neil – and one of my goals being to reunite this country – I’m going to be in the best position to get that done if I’m doing that from the top job. That’s where my focus is, I’ve been very clear I’m not interested in a different position in the government. Frankly, I’d drive change in the private sector sooner than becoming a number 2 or a number 3 in the federal government.”

I appreciate his transparency and the points he is making. He knows what role he is interested in and that’s that. I also love that he’d consider pursuing change in the private sector if a role in politics doesn’t work out.
We stan a definitive man.
What are your thoughts? Do you wish Vivek would consider another position if he doesn’t clinch the presidential nomination?

I don’t believe him for a second about not accepting the VP. Everything he says about Trump and DeSantis screams to me that he is running for VP.

He already has, his financial stuff to offer an alternative to BlackRock and their ESG garbage is what brought him into the political scene.
