I wonder if this guy knows how close he came to earning a Darwin Award. Next time someone threatens him, I suspect he will manage to actually earn it, though.
Brandishing is brandishing regardless of the item used. If I made vocal threats and waved a hammer around in a threatening manner, that’s brandishing a weapon. Brandishing is not restricted to firearms alone.

LOL. As soon as I wrote the above, I got a message on my phone. I think it is from one of the games one of my grandson’s downloaded or at least I hope so. Anyway, the message said, “Your balls are waiting”. Hopefully, I did not piss off the wife, but just to be safe, I am sleeping on the coach on my stomach tonight.
