Listen… I have no problem with people being vegetarians.
There are a lot of worthy reasons to do it. Personally – I never could. I just love meat too much. But yeah, I have no problem with people being vegetarians unless they’re preachy about it….in which case I want nothing more than to eat a thick, juicy, medium rare steak right in from of them.
That’s what Jessie Watters just did… and it was equal parts a-hole and AWESOME. (let’s be honest. I like a-hole guys.)
This chick isn’t JUST preachy… she thinks meat reinforces patriarchy and toxic masculinity.
Oh. Dear. Lord.
“Eating meat holds a lot of symbolism and it’s really too much to explain in four minutes”… but it has to do with “individual level decisions” being “fundamentally political acts.”
Then she says we should pay for animals to have universal healthcare. I’m not sure if she thinks she’s being funny. (She’s not. It’s not funny.)
Then she starts talking about squirrels and making circles with her hands. This woman has a doctorate I guess. I could have easily confused her for a tweaker.
Listen. I went to college. I took a bunch of stupid liberal arts classes. I can translate this garbage. She’s legitimately not saying anything. This is stupid even for liberalspeak.
