Hate Phone Scammers? Woman’s HILARIOUS Revenge Goes Viral!

I HATE scam calls.

I get at least a few a day – consolidating my credit card debt (don’t have any) renewing my factory car warranty that’s about to expire (I had a car warranty? News to me.) or redeeming that FREE CRUISE I won to the Bahamas…

I get at least 2-3 of these a day. Most infuriating? They come from numbers with my area code, which usually makes me think my apartment must be on fire, or something, so I occasionally still slip up and answer them.

I HATE these people. With a passion. Which is why I LOOOOVE that people have started messing with them right back.

Being bombarded with scam messages is something that all of us have faced at some point – but one woman has found a nifty way of getting her own back.

Shaina Gimao, from the Philippines, shared a screengrab of her hilarious response on Twitter, in which she wrote: ‘Congratulations! You have successfully subscribed to Prayer Of The Day’.

When the scammer attempted to opt out of her messages by replying ‘Cancel’, she went on to write: ‘Sorry, you have entered an invalid code. Please try again.’

Ok… That’s awesome. She beat them at their OWN GAME!

As of writing this, her original tweet has 145 THOUSAND likes, and 64k retweets. That’s a whole heck of a lot for someone with 733 followers.
