Remember The Woman Who Accused Colin Kaepernick Of Rape? She’s Super Mad At Us Right Now. FYI.

So, a couple days ago, Kimber told you about a women who alleged back in 2014 that she was raped by Colin Kaepernick. In that post, we linked to a TMZ article which said that a thorough investigation was completed at the time, and Kaepernick was cleared. In fact, not only was he cleared, he was “exceptionally cleared.”

According to investigators, a rape kit administered on the woman did not show any semen in her genital area, and there were no signs of forced penetration. They added that the woman behaved bizarrely – banging her head against walls and kicking uncontrollably. She was writhing around when police arrived, and she started screaming about devils and Jesus and threw her wig at officers.

And furthermore, she apparently told the cops that she had GOTTEN READY (showering and shaving her pubic area) to have sex with Kaepernick that night. Like – she wanted to. She even brought condoms.

But now? She continues to insist, even though investigators couldn’t find a single piece of evidence to corroborate her story, that she has a rape kit which proves Kaepernick raped her, and she continues to insist that she’s been the victim not only of the rape but also a massive cover-up of the case.

Most of her tweets, in fact, are about Kaepernick. And listen, I’m not suggesting for a moment that he’s not a total scumbag, because he obviously is. The problem that this particular woman has, though, is that she sounds utterly unhinged when she talks about him and her case.

Quick reminder – the entire reason Colin Kaepernick is famous is because of his total disdain for the POLICE. He is famous for criticizing COPS. He wore pig socks, for crying out loud. So this chick has to understand that claiming cops are conspiring to cover up a crime that Colin Kaepernick is guilty of seems like a bit of a stretch, particularly given earlier reports of the now-closed investigation.

If she’s got new information to share that could legitimately prove her case, she should share it with someone who can actually help her. There are a whole lot of people out there who can’t stand Kaepernick and would love nothing more than to get their hands on incriminating information about him. Can she not just get a lawyer, for crying out loud? Fighting her battle on Twitter is kinda pointless.

But that’s not stopping her from fighting a battle with us over simply reporting the story.

Ok. So what’s the end game here, “A Lady With Purpose?” Are you just going to spend your entire existence tweeting about it?

Oh wait. I guess we have our answer.

She’s still on a rampage right now as a result of our original article. You can see the whole thread right here, and there are several off-shoots, but here are some highlights.

Dave West couldn’t have been more civil.  He was calm, rational, and helpful to her, even, trying to explain what she needed to do if in fact she was wronged.  But what does she do?  She blocks him.  And she’s blocked several others who’ve also tried to get her to see that she’s not helping herself AT ALL.

Look – if she’s suffering, that’s an unfortunate thing.  But if she DID have a lawyer, I guarantee that lawyer would be telling her to STFU on Twitter right now, because she’s making herself look totally insane.

If you’re reading this, Lady With Purpose, get yourself some help – like someone in the legal field or in the main stream media willing to learn more about your story.  Stop freaking losing your sh*t on Twitter, and stop making it harder on yourself than it already clearly is.

We say this with genuine concern for your mental health.  And with genuine hope that if justice hasn’t been served properly, that it DOES get served properly.  If Kaepernick raped you, I hope he does serious time and I hope he pays the price. But YOU ARE NOT HELPING THAT HAPPEN.
