CBP Says December Set New Record For Most Illegal Immigrant Encounters In A Single Month

Kamala Harris just went to Arizona and refused to go to survey the border disaster which she has enabled and ignored. If she had, she likely would have seen a record number of illegal immigrants flooding across the unsecured border. According to the Customs and Border Patrol, the first three months of the fiscal year 2023 (October, November, and December) saw an incredible 717,660 illegal immigrant encounters, and that number DOES NOT EVEN INCLUDE “gotaways,” because we literally don’t know how many got away. We estimate it’s about 1.2 million.

And the Biden Administration set yet another very bad historic record, with December becoming the month with the highest ever recorded number of illegal immigrant encounters at the southern border–251,487. These numbers put the Biden Administration on track to allow 2,870,640 illegal immigrants into our country during this fiscal year.

Terrifyingly, Border Patrol also reported that in December alone, they arrested 17 people illegally crossing into the country via the southern border who were on the terror watchlist. But remember how those 250K illegal immigrants in December DIDN’T include gotaways? How many terror watch listers do you think are among those uncounted gotaways? My guess is that most terror watch listers would be in the “gotaways” category. Those 17 were just the ones ballsy enough to cross in places where they would encounter Border Patrol.
