Look. I know I’m a giggler. This isn’t news. And I know that my laugh tends to divide people pretty squarely into the “I hate it” category OR the “I love it” category and there is very little in-between. But OMG. Kamala’s cackle is an ASSAULT on the ears. And it’s often-times completely inappropriate and out of place. This is no exception.
