Buried On Page 168 of the Dems’ $3.5T Spending Bill Is A Vaccine Mandate That Could Bankrupt Employers

The Democrats have slipped a vaccine mandate in the abyss of their 2,465-page $3.5T spending bill.

Buried on page 168 is a vaccine mandate that includes fines for employers upwards of five figures if they’re found to be in violation of their mandate.

“The increased fines on employers could run as high as $70,000 for serious infractions, and $700,000 for willful or repeated violations—almost three-quarters of a million dollars for each fine,” Forbes reports.

Is that why the Democrats aren’t worried about raising the debt ceiling? Because they feel as though they’ll essentially pay themselves back via their atrocious fines?

I mean, we could also NOT spend the money and let people have the freedom of choice to dictate what goes in their bodies. Cool? Cool.

The majority of the progressive House Democrats are in favor of being idiots but they lack the support needed from Senate Democrats to gain real traction (thank Christ).

House Democrats are the equivalent of people who max out their credit cards on unnecessary BS, have monthly payments for clothing and jewelry items purchased online (on top of their monthly bills), then complain to their employer that they don’t make enough money.

This past Saturday, Nancy Pelosi’s House sequestered a method for vaccine enforcement via employer fines.

According to Forbes:

Buried on page 168 of the House Democrats’ 2,465-page mega bill is a tenfold increase in fines for employers that “willfully,” “repeatedly,” or even seriously violate a section of labor law that deals with hazards, death, or serious physical harm to their employees.

The increased fines on employers could run as high as $70,000 for serious infractions, and $700,000 for willful or repeated violations—almost three-quarters of a million dollars for each fine.

If enacted into law, vax enforcement could bankrupt non-compliant companies even more quickly than the $14,000 OSHA fine anticipated under Biden’s announced mandate.

It will be interesting to see how this unfolds in the upcoming days/weeks, as there are several Amendments in the Constitution that imply privacy rights.

But the Biden Administration doesn’t seem to care much for upholding the US Constitution.

In an unprecedented move, Biden recently announced his intention to force private employees to receive the coronavirus vaccine via a shot in the arm.

The “new federal vaccine requirement” impacts as many as 100 million Americans. It impacts private-sector employees, health care workers, and federal contractors.

However, the Biden White House Press admits the vaccine mandate does not include migrants at the U.S. southern border.

Fox News reporter Peter Doocy asked, “Why is it that you’re trying to require anybody with a job or anybody who goes to school to get the COVID-19 vaccine, but you’re not requiring that of migrants that continue walking across the southern border into the country?”

Psaki responded, “Well, look, our objective is to get as many people vaccinated across the country as humanly possible.”

“And so the President’s announcement yesterday was an effort to empower businesses, to give businesses the tools to protect their workforces. That’s exactly what we did. But certainly we want everybody to get vaccinated.”

Psaki continued, “And more people who are vaccinated, whether they are migrants or whether they are workers, protects more people in the United States.”

Doocy asked again, “But it’s a requirement for people at a business with more than 100 people, but it’s not a requirement for migrants at the southern border, Why?”

“That’s correct,” Psaki answered before quickly calling on another reporter.
