Lena Dunham isn’t the only insufferable feminist hag who’s into starting drama at airports.
Ashley Judd posted what she claims was her first ever Facebook live video. She’s super personable like that. This wasn’t just ANY video, though. She wasn’t just dropping in to say hey to her fans. Nope. This could easily be the first video in a series titled, “Everyone Is Sexist Ft. Ashley Judd.”
You see, Judd was an an airport, but RIGHT OFF THE BAT, people started being all sexist toward her. As she went through security, some man (I’m assuming a TSA employee?) said, “Hey sweetheart.”
Lemme stop right there. I’ve been through airport security and had a nice older ticket agent call me sweetie once before. It was not creepy or weird. I did not feel violated. It was actually nice to hear kind words in that kind of hectic atmosphere. I thought, “What a sweet older gentleman.” Which obviously means I’m a super perv too because I thought he was a sweet– keyword, SWEET– older gentleman.
Judd’s reaction was a bit different.
“I’m not your sweetheart. I’m your client,” she said.
She’s soooooooo self-absorbed OMG.
She said the man went on to compliment her outfit, which is HORRIFIC because she didn’t hear him compliment anyone else’s outfit. Like, can you even IMAGINE THAT? A man complimenting a woman’s outfit? SOMEONE CALL THE POLICE. Clearly, this guy was obsessed with her. But wait. It gets worse. As Judd spoke to the man’s colleague, there was contact. That’s right. He TOUCHED HER FOR THE LOVE OF GOD HE TOUCHED HER AIRPORT SECURITY TOUCHED HER. On top of that, as she left, he told her to HAVE A GOOD DAY SWEETHEART.
I’m so triggered right now, I’m shaking.
At that point, Judd said her skin and feet were “burning,” but she didn’t want to cause a scene. No– she’s not that kind of girl. So she said her prayers asked for a manager and explained the situation and told him that there were soooooo many people who witnessed the entire sexist ordeal.

And that is Ashley Judd’s horrific experience with sexism at the airport.
Few things. First, I know Ashley may not realize this, but she’s a HIGH PROFILE ACTRESS, and people are more likely to try to talk to HIGH PROFILE ACTRESSES. Also, Judd wasn’t standing there for the dude’s entire shift, so she has NO IDEA how many people he regularly talks to and compliments. While Judd seemed more upset that the man called her sweetheart twice, she mentioned that he “touched” her. Please note, she didn’t detail HOW he touched her, and I’m willing to bet if he touched her inappropriately, there were enough eyeballs and cameras to catch it, so I seriously doubt that’s the case. He probably brushed arms with her or something like that. Lastly and perhaps most importantly, WTH IS GOING ON WITH JUDD’S FACE? It’s so puffy. I don’t even want to know how many fillers she has up in there. It almost looks like she’s wearing a Halloween mask of her own face.
Wait. It’s not over. Thank goodness, Judd provided us with an update.
The manager apologized to her as she went down her long list of grievances. He also gave her coffee vouchers and praised her for speaking up. Basically, he stroked her infected, bloated ego and made her feel like a hero. I mean, she already knew she was a good person, but now she feels like a SUPER good person, because she spoke up. YOU ARE WELCOME WORLD.

If you’re feeling queasy, I suggest sitting down for a few minutes. It takes about 10 minutes to absorb all the hagginess, although it may vary. We all metabolize it differently.
