February 1, 2020Rashida Tlaib might be the only person whose blatant disapproval of Hillary Clinton could rub me the wrong way. When it comes to Clinton, there’s not a whole lot that I consider unforgivably tasteless, but the queen of classlessness managed to find it at a Bernie Sanders event in Iowa.

Moderator Dionna Langford was starting to bring up comments Clinton made recently where she claimed “nobody likes” Sanders when the crowd started to boo. Langford tried to get them to be respectful by saying, “We’re not gonna boo, we’re classy here,” but Tlaib picked up her microphone and said: “No, I’ll boo. Boo!”
“You all know, I can’t be quiet. No, we’re going to boo. That’s all right. The haters will shut up on Monday when we win,” she continued. The crowd then joined in as Reps. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) and Ilhan Omar (D-MN) laughed hysterically.
What a peach. Where was this conviction in 2016 when you all prepared to hurl your firstborn over a cliff on Hillary’s request just in case it could save you from the evil orange man? I guess when your backbone has the moral integrity of an overcooked noodle, you end up like Rashida and the cackling wenches to her right.
After the inevitable backlash, Tlaib took to Twitter not to apologize, but to say words that caused me to actually sprain my eyeballs from rolling them so hard.
