Barack Obama Won’t Say ‘Islamic Terrorism’ Because Then He’d Have To Say ‘Christian Terrorism’

Yeah, Barack… because there are SO MANY Christians running around killing people in the name of Jesus. Almost as many Muslims killing people in the name of Allah.

And in case you have a hard time telling the difference – no. No there are not. In fact, that number of Christians going on mass-murder sprees in the name of their religion is precisely ZERO. Trust me – if there was even ONE Christian terrorist, we would have heard about it. Over and over and over.

According to this, President Obama was asked (rightly) why he won’t say the phrase “Islamic Terrorism.” And the answer he gave was as mind-numbingly stupid as the day is long –

I have been careful about when I describe these issues is to make sure that we do not lump these murderers into the billion Muslims that exist around the world, including in this country, who are peaceful, who are responsible, who, in this country, are fellow troops and police officers and fire fighters and teachers and neighbors and friends….

Yeah, yeah – we’ve heard this nonsense before. If the terrorists look like our super friendly neighbors, then we have to start suspecting our friendly neighbors too. Which just further proves the fact that Democrats only see skin color and race when it comes to knowing who people REALLY are.

But here is where I want to start throwing things –

If you had an organization that was going around killing and blowing people up and said, ‘We’re on the vanguard of Christianity.’ As a Christian, I’m not going to let them claim my religion and say, ‘you’re killing for Christ.’ I would say, that’s ridiculous. That’s not what my religion stands for. Call these folks what they are, which is killers and terrorists.

He’s acting like the Suicide Bombers for Christ group is going to start up tomorrow or something.

Note the beginning of that second quote: “If you had an organization…” IF. Meaning, there isn’t one. And even IF one started materializing that used Christianity as a basis for mass murder and chaos, other Christians would tell them to knock their crap off, and they would probably use force to defend innocent people from these theoretical “Christian” terrorists. That’s not even a question.

There’s the difference – you don’t see that with the Muslims (at least, not very often and in extremely isolated moments).

Here’s a clue: There are ALREADY Islamic terrorist groups in existence! ISIS, al-Qaeda, the Taliban, probably other fringe groups less well-known but no less deadly. You don’t have to hypothesize and theorize their actions! Not like you have to do with some hypothetical Christian terrorists.

No, Obama. You don’t get to make that moral equivalency argument with Christianity and Islam. I know leftists think Christianity is a blight on human history and Islam is comprised of a bunch of scared little ducklings that you have to shelter from those MEEEEEEEEEEEAN white Christians, but the facts don’t hold up. Quit pretending that they do. You’re just embarrassing yourself.
