San Francisco 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick refused to stand for the national anthem before the preseason match against the Green Bay Packers Friday night. He said he refused to stand because he can’t “stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of color.”
Over two-thirds of NFL players are black. He’s working a 6-year, $114 million contract. He lives in the greatest country in the history of the world and feels “oppressed.” He feels bad for the thugs who kill each other and break our laws. That’s why he couldn’t stand up. Because America is racist.
Now, this photo is going viral. Here’s another man who couldn’t “stand” for the national anthem.
Kaepernick refusing to stand for natl anthem is his right. Here's a Marine, who can't stand, because he defended it pic.twitter.com/mLjTUPQ2pm

The photo features Marine Corps Sgt. Zachary Stinson with the 2012 Olympic men’s basketball team. Stinson lost both of his legs to an IED in Afghanistan in 2010.
@PoliticalShort @BrennerBrief And yet, he found a way…

This wounded warrior is more of a man than Kaepernick will ever be.
