Actually, there is a FEMA director. Brock Long. The head of NOAA is Benjamin Friedman and the head of DHS is Elaine Duke. Also, you’ll be hard-pressed to find an individual who denies the fact that the climate changes. Of course it naturally fluctuates. No one’s denying that fact. In other words, nothing about Joy’s tweet is remotely true.
