Now – I’m not sure what the strategy is here. Is someone (the NFL, his agent, whoever) specifically instructing him to dodge the question? Or does he personally want to dodge it and create even more speculation and suspicion?
But y’all – the way that sounds to me? It sounds like is “staying away” from answering directly because admitting the cause openly would be basically throwing the NFL’s vaccine requirements and the NFL itself right under the bus. Which, to be fair, is right where they belong.

I wouldn’t answer either. My medical history is just that: mine. Not yours, not the media’s, not the public’s. Mine.
Not to get all religious, but I will anyway. Silence is not an option. He makes a big deal of his faith in this situation and he should. Without God none of us could take our next breath. If what he went through was preventable, then he should be warning others not to do what he did to cause the heart attack. If he is keeping silent for his own gain, then he may have a problem when he meets his maker. It is my understanding that you are never cured from heart disease.
